Nicaraguan coffee encapsulates generations of history, culture, and flavor, with roots dating back over 150 years and nurtured by thousands of small-scale producers. An impressive 95% of Nicaragua’s coffee is cultivated in the shade, internationally renowned for its exceptional quality. The ideal combination of factors, including its location in fertile lands at the right altitude (Cultivation altitude: 1,300 – 1,700 meters), ample rainfall, skilled labor, and the delicate hand-harvesting of coffee cherries, distinguishes it. The use of agrochemicals such as fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, or herbicides is avoided in favor of organic fertilizers and biological pest prevention controls.

Available in 400-gram and 1000-gram presentations, our coffee is characterized by its roasted and ground form, offering an intense, sweet, and chocolatey aroma. It is made from Tall Arabica coffee, boasting a cupping score of 83. Our qualitative formula ensures a medium roasted and ground coffee with a shelf life of 12 months from the packaging date. We offer qualities such as Premium, HQ, Espresso, and Certified.
